The City of Williamsburg is seeking applicants to fill three (3) Maintenance Worker openings in our Utilities Department. This entry level position is responsible for performing a variety of duties involving manual labor and equipment operation.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience performing heavy manual labor. A valid Virginia driver's license with the minimum of a Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License must be obtained within 18 months of hire. Drug screening is required.
This non-exempt, full-time position offers a starting salary of $31,200 and a competitive benefits package.
