   A ground ( truck ) treatment is scheduled for
    Friday , Feb . 16 ,  and Monday , Feb . 19
    ,  after 8:00 p . m . in Sarasota . The area of treatment is north of 10th St . , between N . Beneva Road and U . S . 301 .
   Completion of the mission will be weather permitting .
