In response to customer requests , we ' ve expanded the pre - reservation window for meeting rooms from 30 days to
   60 days
    . We ' re pleased to make this popular service more accessible to our community .
   Booking Limits
   We reserve the right to limit both individual customers and groups to 5 reservations per month per our
   Meeting Room Policy ( PDF )
    .  
   Each reservation can be up to 4 hours maximum .  
   We cannot accommodate exceptions or reservations further out than 60 days .
   Many of our rooms are available 7 days a week .

   If your reservation falls outside of regular library hours , you must borrow a key to access the building . Keys are included in Meeting Room Rental Kits , which can be picked up from library staff during regular library hours 1 - 3 days in advance .
