Memorial Day Parade Road Closures
Please be advice that on Monday May 29 , 2023 , The City of Warrensville Heights will be hosting the Annual Memorial Day Parade . The following streets will be closed during this event:
Warrensville Center Road from Wickfield to Harvard from 8:30 AM until the parade passes Harvard . Harvard Eastbound and Westbound traffic will be stopped shortly before the parade starts around 10:00 AM .
Warrensville Center Road from Harvard to Emery will be closed from 9:00 AM to the conclusion of ceremony , which should be approximately 12:30 PM .
Ellacott Pkwy from Warrensville Center Road to Northfield Road will be closed from 9:30 AM to the conclusion of the ceremony , which should be approximately 12:30 PM .
The Hospital entrance and exits on Warrensville Center Road , will also be closed from 9:30am to 12:30 PM .
The times for re - opening the roadways will solely depend on the length of the Parade and the Ceremony being held after the Parade . Emergency vehicles will be permitted to travel on closed roads if in emergency response .
