Livingston Township New Jersey : Memorial Day Township Offices Closed ( Livingston Township ) - Livingston Town Hall and all Township offices will be closed on Monday , May 29 , 2023 in honor of Memorial Day . All offices will reopen during regular business hours on Tuesday , May 30 . The Memorial Day Ceremony begins at 9:30 am at Memorial Oval across from Town Hall . This is followed by the annual Memorial Day Parade at 10 am . The Township continues to remember and honor those who have died while serving in the military and their loved ones .
