Mayor Andre Dickens will join City leaders , PATH Foundation , Atlanta Memorial Park Conservancy and community partners for a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of the Northside Underpass—a . 1 - mile trail connecting Bobby Jones Golf Course with Atlanta Memorial Park , located directly beneath the Northside Overpass .
