   MARIETTA - Mamas with littles still in a stroller , now is the time to prioritize your health . Make sure to register now for Marietta Parks , Recreation & Facilities ' newest fitness class that begins Thursday , January 4th , Mama + Me Stroller Strength .
   Mama + Me Stroller Strength is a 60 - minute class with a unique combination of strength , cardio , and core work . Baby is entertained while you get an effective workout , leaving you stronger and more energized to tackle your day . As moms ,  you pour into your families so much , come get an hour to pour into yourself!
    Mama + Me Stroller Strength will meet every Tuesday & Thursday , beginning January 4 , 2024 at Tumlin Park ( 400 Chestnut Hill Rd ) at 10:00am .  If the weather outside is frightful , Mama + Me Stroller Strength will meet at Custer Park Sports & Fitness Center , ( 545 Kenneth E Marcus Way ) .  
   Pricing:
   $55 monthly rate
   $12 per each individual class daily
