Full-Time Contract Maintenance Building and Grounds
Salary range $14.92-$20.00 per hour

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Plans, carries out and evaluates preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities, either personally or through assigned staff or outside vendors. Evaluates status of equipment and facilities, and schedules needed repairs or replacements. Maintains current skills and knowledge in the proper and safe techniques of building maintenance. Mows grass, trims and maintains grounds, water grounds as needed, cleans and plants flower beds, picks up litter around buildings and grounds, cleans rain gutters, sweeps sidewalks.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and assigned assistants. Must have the ability to diagnose a problem and devise a method or remediation.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
High school diploma; GED or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Education:
GED or equivalent; work experience.

Monday - Friday/8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or as needed
