Jasper County EMA would like to recognize Josh Harding for his completion of the National Association of Counties High Performance Leadership Master Certificate . This program was attended by public sector leadership from across the United States . This provided a fantastic opportunity to learn from the prospective of peers and colleagues in all sectors and levels of public service .  
    For me the class provided great tools and ideas to help enhance and grow my leadership practice . I think leadership training is very important as it helps you as a leader develop the skills to ensure that all the people that you work with and for are able to be successful - Josh Harding
