   Grand Forks , ND – Westbound traffic will be down to one lane again on Gateway Dr . at the Mill Spur railroad line as crews need to replace another panel in the railroad crossing .
   Yesterday crews closed the outside lane for a panel replacement .   Today crews will be closing the inside lane .
   Work is expected to begin this morning and should be complete by this afternoon .
