January 3with the opening of polls online through GetQuorum ( registration link emailed ) .
Watch the
Meet the Candidates Night
that took place that evening to hear from your candidates and their positions on matters that pertain to the community .
The election will wrap up at 12:00pm on
February 8followed by the
Annual Meeting of the Membershipat 8:00pm at Tall Oaks Community Center .
Floor nominations ( the practice of submitting an individual as a candidate directly within the meeting ) will also be accepted at the meeting for vote .

Reminder: Dominion Wrecker Service for 2024 Parking & Towing
Dominion Wrecker Service
has taken over
Parking & Towing
management for assigned spaces for 2024 . Signs posted at the entrance/exits of private roads owned by the Association have been updated .
Residents may contact Dominion Wrecker Service directly at
703 - 730 - 6610to request a tow for vehicles parked in their assigned spaces without their permission and may retrieve vehicles
24/7from their facility at
2630 Hanco Center Drivein Woodbridge . Please ensure your guests park accordingly . Other concerns may still be submitted to the Covenants Department staff via the
Concern Form
