   2024 - 0361 , Driving While License Suspended:
   On 02/03/24 at 8:19 a . m . , deputies conducted a traffic stop on Fernwood Road near Hunter Drive in Oswego Township . After investigation , Luis Vazquez , a 41 - year - old male from the 3600 block of Eileen Street in Plano , was cited from driving on a suspended driver’s license . Vazquez was released with a notice to appear .
   2024 - 0363 , ID Theft:
   On 02/03/24 at 11:36 a . m . , deputies responded to the Public Safety Center for a report of identity theft . The investigation is ongoing .
   2024 - 0366 , Domestic Battery:
   On 02/03/24 at 3:01 a . m . , deputies responded to the 0 - 99 block of Tomahawk Trail for a report of domestic battery . The investigation is ongoing .
   2024 - 0367 , Battery:
   On 02/03/24 at 6:51 p . m . , deputies took a report of a battery that occurred in the 4300 block of Tuma Road in Bristol Township . The investigation is ongoing .
   2024 - 0368 , Warrant Arrest
   : On 2/3/24 at
   9:51 p . m . , contact was made with Timothy Dicristofano , a 21 - year - old male from the 13700 block of West Meath Drive in Homer Glen .   Dicristofano was taken into custody on an Aurora Police Department original warrant for criminal sexual assault and battery . Dicristofano was arrested and transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident .
   2024 - 0369 , Domestic Battery:On 02/03/2024 at 9:58 p . m . , deputies responded to the 0 - 99 block of Codorus Road in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery . The investigation is ongoing .
   2023 - 0370 , DUI:
   On 2/4/24 at 1:01 a . m . , deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Galena Road near Big Bend Drive . Sarah Schmidt , a 41 - year - old female from the 3900 block of Preston Drive , Yorkville was arrested for driving under the influence . Schmidt was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing .
