   The City of Kearney Park and Recreation Office will be closed this Thursday and Friday , April 21 and 22 , and will be moving to a new location at the Ernest Grundy Tennis Center .  The new office will be located at 1930 University Drive , near the corner of Railroad Street and University Drive .  The office will re - open to the public on Monday , April 25 , at 7:30 a . m .  The tennis center is not open yet due to some remaining construction work .  Please call the Kearney Park and Recreation Department , at ( 308 ) 237 - 4644 , for more information .
