Blacksburg Virginia - Jump Rope Basics 01 February 2024 ( news )

   Held every Saturday in February from 3 - 5pm at the Blacksburg Community Center , Jump Rope Basics is an opportunity for youth ( ages 5 years and up ) and the young at heart to enjoy an introduction to the sport of jump rope .
   During the program , participants will learn single rope and double Dutch skills in a fun and supportive environment . Each session will include one hour of instruction and one hour to jump with instructor support . No previous experience or equipment required! Youth participants must have an adult present .
   Register onlineor by calling 540 . 443 . 1100 .
