Each trip also includes a visit to a local park for lunch and exploration; bring lunch and a water bottle . Participants must complete an Inclusion Profile and assessment before each trip . Participants must be able to walk up to two miles independently or with the use of a mobility device , have the ability to effectively communicate needs either verbally or with a communication device , and independently feed , bathe and toilet themselves .    Improve consistency by working on specific skills to have longer rallies , more effective shots , improve shot strokes and introduce strategy into play .     During periods of inclement weather , the James City County Recreation Center and the Abram Frink Jr . Community Center follow the same opening and closing procedures as James City County government offices . If County offices are closed , both Centers are closed . If the County has a delayed opening or an early closing , both Centers will open or close accordingly . During closures , classes and activities held in the facilities are canceled . During weather - related incidents , please look for the latest information through County - wide communication outlets .
