   Regular Council Meetingis on Monday , January 8 , 2024 beginning at 7:00 p . m . in the Council Chambers in City Hall . There will be a public hearing to receive comments concerning a Local Law amending Chapter 240 of the City Code of Ordinances entitled "Rental Properties" adding Articles I and II , entitled "Rental Licenses" and "Tenant Responsibility for Maintenance" .
   Members of the public who wish to provide comments regarding the agenda , general matters of City business , or the public hearing during the January 8 , 2024 , Council meeting may do so in - person at the Council Chambers in City Hall .
