   EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY , the Gwynne truck fill is unavailable for use until further notice . County staff are working to get the truck fill operational as soon as possible . Another update will be provided later today .
   Customers of the Gwynne truck fill will need to find an alternative water source if they need bulk water immediately .
