   The DeSoto County GIS Department is upgrading its mapping program on January 23rd and 24th . During the upgrade , there will be intermittent access to map programs .
   The new mapping system is called “Experience Builder . ” It is replacing “Oneview” which is no longer supported .
   Experience Builder is designed to enhance services and create a more modern , user - friendly mapping experience for citizens .
   Thank you for your patience during this transition .
