The Town ' s waste pickup contractor , Waste Connections , offers collection of holiday decorations for free until January 15 . The following items are eligible and the guidelines below should be followed to ensure pickup:
   Natural / live Holiday / Christmas trees , garland and wreaths are collected curbside , from
   December 26th to January 15th
    .  Remove all wires , lights , garland , tinsel , ornaments , etc .  
   Artificial Christmas or holiday decorations placed inside the closed garbage container will be accepted .    
   Natural and live décor and natural Christmas trees should be set curbside for your normal yard waste collection day . Any collections past January 15 will be classified as Town Bulk pickup , which will need to be
   scheduled via our websiteand will incur a minimum $40 collection fee .
