Expect lane closures along Broadway St . Monday , Feb . 12














FEBRUARY 9 , 2024
   Drivers can expect detours on Broadway Street in downtown Myrtle Beach next Monday , and possibly Tuesday , February 12 - 13 . The contractor installing underground utility conduits will cross Broadway at Sixth Avenue North , which means lane closures . Access will be maintained to businesses , but traffic will be detoured around the work on adjacent streets as shown in the attached diagrams . If the work isn’t completed in one day , Broadway will be reopened during the evening hours and closed again the next morning . This is part of the infrastructure for the Arts & Innovation District .
