Starting January 24 , maintenance will begin at Erie Pond 1025 ( near Erie Lake ) , located west of N 111th St and Dickens Street near the Arapahoe Ridge subdivision . This project involves sediment and vegetation removal .
   Starting January 24 , maintenance will begin at Erie Pond 1025 ( near Erie Lake ) , located west of N 111th St and Dickens Street near the Arapahoe Ridge subdivision . This project , led by Frontier Environmental Services with the support of the Mile High Flood District , involves sediment and vegetation removal . While residents near the job site may notice some natural odors during the project , they are a normal part of the soil removal process and are not harmful . This work will not impact streets or require traffic mitigation . All work is scheduled to be completed by Feb . 23 ( weather permitting ) .
