OCALA , Fla . ( Feb . 13 , 2024 ) – The Discovery Center , in partnership with the Florida Engineering Society ( FES ) and Ocala Electric Utility ( OEU ) , will host Engineering Day March 16 , 9:30 a . m . to 2:30 p . m . at the Discovery Center , 701 Sanchez Ave .   Admission is free , but registration is required .
   Children ages 5 to 15 , will plan , build , test , and compete in specialized challenges alongside engineering professionals . Children 5 to 10 must be accompanied by an adult . Adults do not need to register . Lunch is included for all attendees .
   The deadline to register is 5 p . m . Thursday , March 14 . Visit
