Northbound U . S . 42 will be closed between London Road and U . S . 23 from 9 am to 3 pm Tuesday , January 16 through Thursday , January 11 . Crews will be working in the right - of - way during this time and re - open the section at the end of each workday . Fern Drive will be closed at U . S . 42 during the work hours , as well . The U . S . 42 detour will be London Road to Sandusky Street to U . S . 23 NB .
   Southbound U . S . 42 will not be impacted by the closure .
