This is a casual/on-call position.
   Hours are from 3:30 p.m. to 12 midnight.
    
   The custodian is responsible for performing janitorial duties, minor maintenance and scheduled cleaning projects in order to ensure that campus buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
   REQUIREMENTS:
   Education:
   High school diploma or equivalent
   Experience:
   At least two (2) years of custodial experience is required
   Combination of education and experience could waive specific requirement
   Licenses/Certifications:
   Current and valid Colorado Driver’s License is required
   Core Competencies:
   Core Competencies will include effective communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment, basic maintenance, ability to read and understand labels and instructions, Hazardous Materials Information System, ability to work under little supervision with professional and courteous communications.
   Hiring Range:  
   $16 per hour depending upon experience
