   We now seek a Prep Cook to join our culinary team Full Time! We offer a comprehensive benefits package and there are no late nights!
    
   The Prep Cook's major responsibility is to assist with the preparation and serving of facility meals while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation, washing and storing of all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils and stocking and cleaning required areas.
   Core Duties:
    
    Prepare and serve meals to patients, visitors, and staff.
    Assist in planning and preparation of future meals.
    Understand and use the approved dietary manual in food preparation and storage of leftovers.
    Understand and use dish machine and three-compartment sink properly.
    Communicate appropriately with patients, visitors, and staff.
    Complete all appropriate reports maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures of the facility.
