City of Cudahy Wisconsin - Cudahy Strategic Plan Adopted 30 January 2024 ( news )

On January 16 , 2024 , the Common Council adopted the 2024 - 2026 City Strategic Plan . The plan includes four strategic goals , which were identified though citizen and employee surveys , focus groups , interviews with elected officials and City staff and a retreat that included the mayor , members of the Common Council and department heads . Each goal has an associated outcome , key outcome indicators and performance targets . The plan also developed a city vision , mission and values statement .

City Vision Statement:
“A family - oriented community with a welcoming , small - town feel , Cudahy is near all the big city amenities and is the ideal place to live , work and play . ”
City Mission Statement:
“We appreciate our past and plan for our future as we deliver high - value , quality services that support an improved quality of life in Cudahy . ”
City’s Core Values
