LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR 
   DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES  
    ( ARCHITECT )
   SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY will select a qualified architectural firm pursuant to Section 287 . 055 Florida Statutes and School Board Policies #7 . 71 and 7 . 71a , to provide architectural services for the VENICE HIGH SCHOOL STADIUM ENHANCEMENTS project .
   The project’s scope of work includes updates to the stadium including but not limited to additional restrooms , football field turf , concession renovations and/or replacements , and security enhancements .    The total project budget is $8 , 400 , 000 . 00 .   
   A nonmandatory site visit is scheduled for interested AE & CM firms on Thursday , February 15 , 2024 , at 12:30 PM .   Please meet outside the front office upon arrival .
   Architectural firms interested in submitting an RFQ for these services must register in CSD’s Vendor Link Database: https://vendorlink . sarasotacountyschools . net/common/register . aspx

   Doreen Kingsley will send the VenderLink submittal/upload instructions notification to architectural firms , who have registered in CSD’s VendorLink Database and are listed in CSD’s current Board approved 2024 Qualified Professional List , or this must be in process .
   All data must be current as of the date of submission and received prior to 3:00 PM on Tuesday , February 27 , 2024 .
