COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - PERMITTING CLERK
Under regular supervision, performs a variety of routine to moderately complex clerical duties for the Community Development Department. Work involves providing clerical, secretarial, and administrative support for the Building, Code Enforcement, and Health (Sanitarian) Inspectors in the Community Development Department; and assisting the Executive Secretary in the overall operations of the Community Development office. Reports to the Director of Community Development.
Requires excellent customer service, a high school graduate or GED equivalent with one to two years of secretarial, administrative assistant, clerical experience, or closely related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Starting Pay Rate: DOQ Fulltime: M-F 8-5
