We are excited to announce Anette Spickard , finalist for the City Manager position , will be available to meet and greet the public on
   Monday , January 8th from 4:30 – 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers at 102 Roadrunner Drive
    . We are dedicated to a thorough interview process in evaluating candidates and we look forward to sharing this process with residents . Current City Manager Karen Osburn is set to retire in the Spring .
   Anette Spickard comes from McCall , Idaho a travel destination about 100 miles north of Boise , Idaho where many similarities exist with our community . Anette comes with a great background with over 25 years of dedicated public service as a former elected County Assessor in Lane County Oregon , a Public Works Director in Springfield Oregon , and the last six years as the City Manager in McCall . Anette has a Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Loyola Marymount University .
