Today , the second episode of the City ' s new YouTube series is being released! Jenny interviews Senior Transportation Planner Jennifer Donofrio about her job and upcoming projects this year .

Every few weeks , the City of Davis will release a new video for their new YouTube series called "What Do You Do?" The purpose of these videos is to share with the community the various roles and tasks in the City and how these jobs impact residents . In each 5 - 10 minute video , Jenny Tan , the Director of Community Engagement , interviews a different staff member at the City of Davis and asks them three to four questions , like "What do you do , " "What does a typical day look like" or "Why do you work for the City . "
These videos are meant to be casual and informal . You will see staff at their job , in the field and as they are . This series is purposefully simple and earnest . It is meant to be friendly , fun and easy to follow along while also building community understanding .
