The City of Brookings has issued a residential SNOW REMOVAL PARKING BAN effective at 10:00 PM today - Monday , January 25 . The ban will remain in effect until all residential streets have been plowed . DO NOT PARK on City emergency routes or residential streets , avenues or alleys . Remove vehicles before 10:00 PM to allow snow equipment operators to plow safely . Violators will be subject to ticketing and towing per City Ordinance 82 - 465 .
