   NOTICE - As of February 5 , 2024 , the City of Virginia will no longer offer curbside recycling services .
   RECYCLING IS STILL ENCOURAGED IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR MONTHLY GARBAGE DISPOSAL COSTS AFFORDABLE!
   Bring your sorted recyclable materials to one of the following 24/7 Drop Off sites:
   City of Virginia Recycling Drop Off Site – located at the corner of 15th Avenue West and 20th Street South
   St . Louis County Regional Landfill – 5341 Regional Landfill Road , Virginia
   NEW! Northside Drop Off Site at 905 19th Street North ( Across from Seppi ' s )
