City of Santa Clara - SVACA California - City Council Priority Setting Session | March 25 April 3 04 March 2024 ( news )

   On an annual basis , the City Council meets for the Council Priority Setting Session . The goal is to formulate the City Council’s priorities and initiatives for the upcoming year . These priorities set the policy framework for budget decisions and how City resources are aligned to support these objectives .
   The public is encouraged to attend in - person . Upcoming sessions will be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center , Mission City Ballroom , located at
   5001 Great America Parkway , Santa Clara
    . Parking is free and light refreshments will be provided .
   Session #1: Monday , March 25 , 2024 , 1 p . m . - 5 p . m .
   Session #2: Wednesday , April 3 , 2024 , 2 p . m . - 6 p . m .
   Both sessions will be live streamed to the City’s
   Facebook pageand
   YouTube channel
    . A Zoom option will also be available to participate ( link will be provided closer to the first session ) .
