MKSK , the City’s consultant for the Bonanza Park Small Area Plan and the Feasibility Study for the City - owned five - acre property at the intersection of Kearns Boulevard and Bonanza Drive , will present the Phase II community engagement results . The Executive team will provide Council a proposed Legislative Platform as a preview to the upcoming 2024 Utah State Legislature . Commissioners will review and discuss three proposed amendments to the City’s Land Management Code including:
Minor modifications to the Affordable Master Planned Development code to establish rooftop setbacks for mechanical equipment;
Updating the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations code to increase conduit required and to allow Fast Chargers;
Revising the Subdivision Review Process to comply with state requirements . ‘
