   The Commission will conduct a special meeting
   Wednesday , February 21 at 5:30 p . m .
   in Council Chambers at City Hall .
   The
   agendaincludes: 
    
   220 King Road Plat Amendment , Conditional Use , and Steep Slope Final Action Letters
    
   Commissioners are scheduled to review and ratify
   final action letters that amend the plat notes for Lot 2 of the Treasure Hill Subdivision Phase 1 within the Sweeney Master Planned Development and issue a Conditional Use and a Steep Slope Conditional Use Permit to
   demolish a single - family dwelling and guest house , and construct a new home , pool , and accessory buildings . A public hearing was held February 14 , 2024 , and is now closed . No public hearing is scheduled . To submit public input , please email

   Park City Municipal , Habitat for Humanity , and the Housing Resource Center invite you to learn about affordable housing in Summit County . “Affordable Housing How - To” is a free information session which will inform attendees about each organization’s housing programs and how to access them . The English session starts at 6:00 p . m . and the Spanish session starts at 7:00 p . m . Registration and information are available at

   Park City ' s consultants Lisa Wise Consulting and Cascadia Partners will present their findings on potential Land Management Code amendments to incentivize affordable housing and reduce single - occupancy vehicles associated with developments in general . Also , Alta Planning + Design will be on - hand to discuss the Park City Bike and Pedestrian Plan to comprehensively plan for an improved active transportation network .
