BUTCHER/MEAT CUTTER - Preparing meat for sale (including cutting, boning, tie, grinding, slicing, and trimming, wrap, weigh, label) * Storing meat appropriately (eg. prevent cross-contamination, cold storage at correct temperature) * Maintain cleanliness of store and equipment * Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow employees
COUNTER PERSON - Assisting customers with meat purchase and collect money from customers * Offering advice on suitable meats, cuts, and preparation/cooking techniques * Maintain cleanliness of store and equipment * Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow employees.
