Full Time Building Supervisor
The City of Andover, MN (pop. 30,000+) is accepting applications for the position of full-time Building Supervisor. The position is responsible for the assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Community Center. Including all aspects of facility operations, customer service, ice resurfacer operations, general repairs, and the general cleanliness of the facility. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including full time evenings through fall/winter months.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Experience working with a team.
Ability to serve diverse groups of customers, maintain effective working relationships with employees and with the public.
Ability to respond to injuries and emergency situations in accordance with facility policies.
Ability to make decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are evenings/weekends September 1 – April 31.
Work hours are evenings/weekends with weekday opportunities May 1 – August 31.
* Fluctuate based on facility needs.
Pay Rate: $21.31/hour
