The Town of Winchester seeks qualified candidates for a full-time Building Maintenance Specialist position available at the Department of Public Works.

Qualified applicants must possess an active MA Driver’s license Grade D or above.
Preferred qualifications include: A CDL License, Hoisting License, Waste Water Treatment System operation, and three (3) years’ experience as an operator of building DDC, preferably Johnson Controls Metasys.
Proven leadership, organization and problem solving abilities are desired.
Salary range is $57,119 - $83,389
