Due to construction , Eugene Public Library ' s Bethel Branch will offer limited services during the week of January 28 through February 4 .  
   During that week:
   Services at Bethel Branch will be limited to picking up holds and returning items to outside bins .  
   Online services , phone assistance , and the Downtown Library and Sheldon Branch will be open .
   Bethel Branch will reopen with full services on Monday , February 5 .
