   Athletic Program Specialist
   Under general supervision, performs work in assisting with the development, coordination, and management of youth and adult athletic programs to meet the recreation and leisure needs of the community. Will also be required to help out in all other recreation areas if needed. Reports to the Parks and Recreation Manager.
   ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS
   Performs general clerical duties as required, including preparing reports and correspondence, copying and filing documents, sending and receiving faxes, answering the telephone, attending meetings, etc. Performs related duties as required.
   Requirements:
    Requires a Bachelor's degree in leisure services, parks, recreation management, or related field supplemented by two years of responsible experience in recreation programming; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
   Starting Pay Rate: DOQ
   Hours: Fulltime
