Supervise staff performance to ensure the safety and well being of patrons. Assume all managerial duties in absence of Pool Manager.
Assists the Pool Manager in implementing daily schedules for all aquatic employees and the completion of staff time sheets.
Assists Pool Manager in completing staff and patron records and reports.
Assures the facility is maintained to State Health Department specifications for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Maintains contact with staff and the public as to be readily available to respond to questions for concerns, and to handle them with tact and diplomacy.
Ensures maintenance and custodial duties are complete.
Enforces all aquatic facility policies, rules, and regulations. Takes charge of emergency situations.
Assists in planning, promoting and execution of special events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
