Port of Bellingham Washington : April Brews Day ( Port of Bellingham ) - Presented by Max Higbee Center and WECU , Bellingham ' s 20th annual April Brews Day brings 65+PNW craft breweries , an array of food trucks , live music , and thousands of people together to celebrate beer and raise funds for Max Higbee Center in Downtown Bellingham . Max Higbee Center offers community - based recreation programs for youth and adults with developmental disabilities . The money you spend at April Brew Day helps continue their programs .
