Danville Fire Department units responded to a structure fire at 136 Baskerville Court . The dispatch time was 1:51 am . E1 , E3 , E4 , L1 , S1 and B1 responded from their stations . An update advised that the HVAC unit outside , was on fire . E3 ( Industrial Ave ) arrived on scene to find fire around the area of the HVAC unit that was also spreading to other areas of the building . Fire department personnel verified that everyone was out of the building . The fire was brought under control quickly . Units verified that the fire had not spread to the inside of the building .  
   TheFire Marshal was requested by command . Two occupants and two guests were displaced from the affected apartment . No housing assistance was needed . The fire is under investigation .
