General:  
   Under the general supervision of the Budget & Finance Manager or designated lead, performs independent routine work, troubleshooting, and reconciliation in support of accounts payable, payroll and general administration activities.
   Essential Duties:
   Accounts Payable
   1.Enter data for and maintain County vendor records including W-9 forms, and preparation of annual 1099s for review;
   2.Input invoice data to produce vouchers; review all vouchers in batch to prepare for approval, print checks, stuff envelopes, scan and file, prepare payable report for authorization;
   3.Trouble shoot vendor issues; research discrepancies
   4.Prepare warrant list for monthly publication
   5.Void and reissue checks with supervisor approval.
   6.Assist with credit card reconciliation
   7.Track and reconcile ACH payments to be included with weekly AP.
   Payroll
   1.Maintain employee profiles in payroll module, process changes such as addresses, deductions, pay rates, etc.
   2.Process timecards for bi-weekly payroll; prepare payroll calculation report and transmittals for review, submit payroll. 
   Deposits
   1.Assist with preparation of department’s deposits for the Treasurer
   2.Assist with the processing of E911 check receipts
   General Office
   1.General office work including phones, filing, mail, office supply inventory
