   Starting on February 6 , 2024 , the Hancock County Sheriff ' s Office and Findlay Police Department are experiencing issues with their 9 - 1 - 1 phone lines . The phone company has been contacted and is working to fix the issue , however , they do not have a timeline for the repairs to be made . Should you attempt to call from a landline or VOIP phone and are unable to reach 9 - 1 - 1 . Please call the numbers below:
