The State is reporting 41 new positive COVID cases in Pahrump for the seven days ending June 6 , 2022 .  
   That is an increase from the 38 new cases reported the week prior .
   There have been 1 , 371 cases reported in Pahrump this year , and 5 , 999 cases reported overall since the first case in March 2020 . There have been 262 COVID - related deaths of town residents overall since the start of the pandemic .
   The COVID - 19 and other vaccines are now available by appointment only at the Community Health Nurse Office , 1981 E Calvada Blvd , at the County Health and Human Services building . Please call 775 - 751 - 7070 to set up a Monday through Thursday appointment .  
   Pfizer ( ages 5+ ) and Moderna ( 18+ ) available for all doses 
   As of June 6th , 54 , 720 vaccination doses have been administered in Nye County , according to the latest numbers posted on nvhealthresponse . nv . gov , an increase of 175 doses from the prior week ' s report .  
   24 , 309 vaccinations have been initiated , covering 50 . 7% of the county ' s eligible population ages 5 and up .  
   21 , 309 people have completed the vaccination receiving both doses , covering 44 . 4% of the eligible population .
