Join the Village of Libertyville for a special parade and ceremony recognizing Memorial Day .
   Participants will meet at the Libertyville Metra train station for a parade to Cook Park beginning at 9:30 am . The ceremony will include performances by the Libertyville High School Band , Butterfield Chorus Club , and the VFW Color Guard . At the close of the ceremony , a procession will walk from the park to Lakeside Cemetery .
   The American Legion and VFW invites all for coffee and donuts from 10:30 am to noon at the American Legion Hall , 715 N . Milwaukee Ave . The VFW is also hosting an open house from noon to 3:00 pm at 293 Peterson Road .
