Starting 9:00 AM ,
   Thursday , May 26 , 2022 ,  
   west Main Avenue westbound traffic lanes will be reduced to one lane and then detoured into the eastbound traffic lane . This will result in head - to - head traffic movements in the eastbound lanes . Lake Street will be closed to traffic . The Rosser Avenue westbound on ramp and the eastbound Rosser Avenue off ramp will be closed .   A contractor will be installing bird netting under the railroad structure .
    
   When work in the westbound lanes has been completed , traffic will be switched to head - to - head traffic movements in the westbound lanes . Lake Street will be closed to traffic . The Rosser Avenue westbound on ramp and the eastbound Rosser Avenue off ramp will be closed .    Work will continue into late evening until completed .  
    
   Traffic can expect congestion during peak hours and is advised to seek alternate routes .
