Upon arrival , the officer observed the vehicle stopped in a moving lane of traffic where the driver was asleep at the wheel . Upon investigation it was discovered the driver showed signs of intoxication and appeared to be in danger to himself/others if left alone . The driver ( Hutson , David ) was taken into custody for a DWI . The driver has no previous criminal history .
