City of Hot Springs Utilities crews will making repairs to a water main in the 3600 block of Central Avenue , near Texas Roadhouse , starting at around 10 p . m . tonight , Thursday , March 31 , and continuing for four to six hours .
   No traffic lanes will be closed during construction , but motorists are asked to use caution as workers will be near the roadway . Water utility customers in this area may also experience low water pressure while the work is taking place .
